PMVL was founded by Peter Mohacs, who has spent over two decades in talent strategy, reward consulting, and HR advisory—working across banking, financial services, fintech, and high-growth businesses.

When AI arrived in the HR space, Peter saw two things clearly: the enormous potential for HR teams to work more effectively, and the very real compliance and data privacy risks that nobody was solving properly.

Rather than just advising on the problem, Peter built the capability to design and develop solutions from scratch—combining deep HR domain expertise with product development, AI architecture, and full-stack engineering skills.

Today, PMVL sits at the intersection of HR consulting and AI product development. We don't just recommend what to do with AI—we build it, implement it, and make sure your team can use it safely.

Over the past year, that remit has expanded significantly. Alongside HR advisory work, PMVL now designs and delivers full digital platforms, builds bespoke applications, and leads AI adoption programmes across a range of industries and business types.
